Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Endeo account and everything stored with it. This can’t be undone.

The fastest way: in the app

If you can still sign in, deleting from inside Endeo is immediate:

Open Endeo → Settings (the gear on the Today screen, or the sidebar on iPad) → Account → Delete Account → confirm.

If you can’t access the app

Enter the email address on your account below. We’ll send you a confirmation link — deletion only happens after you click it, so nobody else can delete your account just by entering your address.

What gets deleted

Permanently, with no recovery period:

• Your account and sign-in identity
• Every written page — handwriting, recognized text, and AI summaries
• Listening sessions, transcripts, and any recorded audio
• Memorization cards and reading-plan progress
• Your profile, subscription entitlement record, and usage counters
• Uploaded files: drawings, page photos, and recordings

What we keep, and for how long

• Waitlist email — if you joined the launch waitlist, that address lives in a separate list and isn’t removed by this request. Use the unsubscribe link in any Endeo email, or contact us below.
• Purchase records — subscription receipts are held by Apple or Google, not by us. Manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store or Play Store.
• Backups — deleted data may persist in encrypted database backups for up to 30 days before being overwritten.
