Privacy Policy

Effective: to be set at publication

Endeo (“the app”) is a Bible study and note-taking app operated by Fathom Development (“we”). This policy explains what the app collects and why.

What we collect

  • Account information. If you create an account, we store your email address and the display name you provide. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple shares your name and (optionally private-relay) email with us. Guest mode requires no account; guest data stays on your device.
  • Your content. Handwritten notes (stroke data and rendered images), the text recognized from them, audio recordings of listening sessions you start, their transcripts, and AI-generated summaries. Content syncs to your private account and is protected by row-level security — only your account can read it.
  • Location (optional). If you allow location access, notes and sessions are tagged with an approximate place name (e.g., your church) so you can remember where they were written. Declining permission disables only this.
  • Nothing else. No analytics SDKs, no advertising identifiers, no tracking. We never sell data.

Recording notice

You control when a listening session records. You are responsible for complying with local laws and obtaining any consent required to record a speaker.

AI processing

When a note or session is summarized, its recognized text and transcript are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API through our server function solely to generate your summary. Anthropic does not train on this API data.

Storage and deletion

Content is stored with Supabase (Postgres and object storage). Deleting a note or session in the app permanently deletes it from our servers. To delete your entire account and all data, contact us at the address below.
